ficortreat or you're just scrolling on by and happen to see this, you're welcome to knock! What's in the Bowl? Drabbles. This bowl has only one kind of treat in it: delicious little bite-sized individually wrapped 100-word morsels.
Let Me Know: A character or pairing (or a short list of characters or pairings for me to choose from) you like, what flavor you would prefer (mood/vibes), and some possible prompts or keywords if you've got any in mind. AUs and crossovers are also welcome!
Fandoms I can write: Star Wars (mostly the Jedi games and Ahsoka), Star Trek (mostly AOS and SNW), Good Omens, Marvel (it's a mixed bag honestly, and a big universe with about a billion characters, many I've written and MANY I haven't, but I'd prefer to stick to the MCU and related Disney+ shows, plus the prequel X-Men movies ranging from First Class to Dark Phoenix), The Boys, The Man From U.N.C.L.E. (film). I've dabbled in other things too, like Game of Thrones, Animorphs, Bunnicula, Temeraire, His Dark Materials/daemon AU, and some others. You can request something not on this list, but it could end up being more of a trick than a treat in that case (I can make no guarantees as to the quality!). Since they are only drabbles I'm way more willing to take a crack at something less familiar to me! If I've mentioned it somewhere in my profile, it's probably a safe bet.
Other info: While October is my favorite month to participate in fun stuff, it's also a pretty busy month for me. I can't promise I'll get all your treats in your open pillow cases by Halloween, but I will try my hardest. Even if I don't post by then, you will receive your drabble, eventually. That is my personal guarantee to you.
I'll write pairings across the spectrum, so you're good for het, slash, femme-slash, OT3s/groups, or solo characters. I can and will provide spicy treats, but I choose to avoid noncon, extreme kinks (we all know the drill, if you frequently see it on Lists, assume it's on this one too), and sexual situations involving underaged characters. If you're honestly not sure, feel free to DM me and ask!

It's a familiarly taunting voice, like velvet, like the low rumble of a big cat. It belongs to a dangerous predator; sue her, that's part of the appeal.
The voice tsks as a pair of dark eyes swim into view, breaching the surface of Agatha's vision, then emits a silky chuckle. It's a dream. A memory. A premonition, maybe.
There's no escaping, either way.
As if she'd want to.
Not when the whisper touch of darkened fingertips whisks over her shoulder, lips plush and parted near her own, hovering. Teasing.

There are, if Loki allows himself to consider it, plenty of reasons to try and weasel his way out of accompanying Mobius on these errands of lesser importance.
His mouth achieves a sharp downward turn as the darkened sky splits with a fork of lightning, and rain begins to fall in earnest.
Calm as anything, Mobius hits the button on the side of his umbrella, shakes it a little, and lifts the unfurling canopy above his head.
"Heh," he chuckles. "You look like a wet cat."
Loki's frown deepens.
Mobius offers a crooked grin.
"No offense. I like cats."

Smoke curls lazily from the end of Logan's cigar, which he knows will be a short-lived indulgent comfort. It's only a matter of time before somebody catches him out and insists he quit bringing his vices onto school grounds.
With the edge of a single claw, he pops the cap off another beer. Might as well use that time wisely.
He likes it here, he thinks as he opens his senses to the quiet night, testing the wind, listening for trouble. Keeping watch.
Logan's not sure when he started wanting to look after anyone but himself. Life's funny that way.

Cal adjusts his hold on the halikset, unsure as to whether he might actually be holding it correctly, and drags his calloused fingertips over the strings. The music feels right, so he tries to cobble together a few familiar notes, even if the memory of the melody he once plucked out so effortlessly is long gone.
"Can you play that?" Merrin asks, curled up comfortably on the other end of the sofa, watching him.
"I did," Cal responds, offering her a faint smile. "Once."
"Well," she encourages, matching his smile with one of her own. "Do it again."
He does.

"Whatcha doin', Pop?"
One of Chester's ears gives a flick, the tip of his tail crawling back and forth across the rug.
"Quiet, please," Chester mutters, his eyes wide and focused.
Howie picks up on his energy, ears and tail alert as he swings his head toward the front door.
"What is it? Who's there? Come back with a warrant!"
"Shhh!" Chester hisses.
"Oh, come on, Chester," Harold says, padding into the livingroom, nose drawing him toward the large bowl on the table. It smells of chocolate. "This happened last year. And the year before that."
"Exactly," Chester whispers. "They aren't giving up. This family is doomed to be hunted, no, stalked, year after year."
Howie's eyes grow larger and rounder as he listens, rapt.
"Someone must do something about it," Chester finishes.
"Uh huh," Harold scoffs, scratching behind one of his ears. "And that someone is you, I'm guessing."
"That's right," Chester says haughtily, side eyeing Bunnicula's cage, where the tiny creature has begun to wake. "Once and for all."
If Chester emits a comically loud yowl and shoots under the sofa at light speed when the door bell rings, well.
Who can blame him, really?
